• You are a hotel brand, soft brand, or independent operator actively expanding in the Americas or Europe, with a focus on franchise or management agreements.
• You have executed at least 2 qualified hotel agreements in the last 3 years, or can demonstrate current growth momentum and delivery capability.
• You offer a clear value proposition and support model for hotel owners and can engage in structured deal conversations.

You are a consultant or advisor with a proven track record supporting hotel projects, and have been directly engaged in helping owners or operators identify and structure brand or operator partnerships.
